Max Henry is a Sales Coordinator at Lysander Funds. Max earned his Honours Business Administration degree from the Lazaridis School of Business and Economics, with a major in finance and minor in economics. Prior to joining Lysander Funds, Max worked as an analyst at Waratah Capital Advisors Ltd., among other finance and sales positions. During his studies, Max completed several certificates in financial modelling, such as the FMVA. Max is currently working towards completing the Canadian Securities Course.
Griffin Harvey is a Business Development Manager at Lysander Funds. Prior to joining Lysander Funds, Griffin held sales and marketing positions at a variety of companies. Griffin holds a Bachelor of Management degree from Dalhousie University, with a major in Entrepreneurship and Innovation. During his studies, he also completed a number of certificates which include; Leading People and Organizations, Marketing Management, as well as financial modelling certifications. Griffin is also a CIM holder.
Nick Usher-Jones is a Sales Coordinator at Lysander Funds. Prior to joining Lysander Funds, Nick previously held a positions in the Canso Investment Counsel rotational program. Nick earned his Bachelor of Commerce Degree at Dalhousie University and has completed the Canadian Securities Course.
Karen Steinmann is an Associate Vice President on the National Accounts Team at Lysander Funds. Prior to joining Lysander Funds in 2023, Karen ran the product shelf at an independent dealer. Karen has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of British Columbia and a Master of Finance from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto. Karen is also a CFA Charterholder.
Ian Marthinsen is a Portfolio Strategist at Lysander Funds. Prior to joining Lysander Funds in 2015, Ian held client relationship management positions at different asset management companies, including Gluskin Sheff + Associates and BMO Nesbitt Burns. Ian holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from the University of Guelph, an MBA from the Rotman School of Management at the University of Toronto, and is a CFA Charterholder.
